I also had this wine in Venice, Italy. I did not particularly like this wine because I thought that the makers tried to push too many flavors into the wine and that it was overwhelming.
I had the wine with the seafood pasta and thought that the kind of wine went well but the fact that I didn't like the wine overshadowed that.
